President of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov had a telephone conversation with Prime Minister of the Republic of Armenia Nikol Pashinyan.

Cordially greeting each other, the President of Turkmenistan and the Head of the government of Armenia expressed satisfaction with the opportunity to discuss the priority issues of the friendly interstate relations, built on the principles of mutual respect and constructiveness.

The President of Turkmenistan and the Prime Minister of the Republic of Armenia exchanged their views on the possibilities for the further development of the bilateral partnership given the existing multi-faceted potential. It was noted that the solid legislative and regulatory framework that covers a wide spectrum of areas provided a reliable platform to enhance the mutually beneficial Turkmen-Armenian relations.

The Intergovernmental commission plays a significant role in implementing the achieved agreements, diversifying and enhancing the fruitful cooperation in the trade and economic sphere, strengthening the business relations and promoting the investment activity.

The President of Turkmenistan and the Prime Minister of the Republic of Armenia emphasized the important role of cooperation in the humanitarian and cultural sphere that stands as an integral factor for strengthening the ties of friendship and mutual understanding between the peoples of the two countries.
