For successful implementation of the Programme of social and economic development of the country in 2019 – 2025, wide implementation of the principles of healthy life style in the society and prevention of diseases as well as construction of modern medical facilities provided with advanced equipment and meeting international standards, the President of Turkmenistan signed the Resolution, having permitted the Administration of Balkan Velayat to enter to the agreements with:

«Ussat Inžener» private company on provision of project planning and construction of multifunctional hospital for 400 patients, modern medical equipment, spare parts and consumables, special training of personnel and planning of surrounding territory;

«Çeper Gurluşyk» private company on provision of project planning and construction of infectious diseases hospital for 100 patients, modern medical equipment, spare parts and consumables, special training of personnel and planning of surrounding territory.

The documents assign to start construction works in March 2019 and to finish the construction with full operational readiness in July 2021.
