First, the Head of the State called Hyakim of Ahal Velayat Sh. Amangeldieyev who reported on current indicators of spring field works, gained and forecast rates of cotton sowing, preparation to winter crop harvesting. The Hyakim also reported about organization of mass events on occasion of coming remarkable dates.
Having listened to the report, the President of Turkmenistan demanded to hold cotton sowing, provision of farmers with necessary resources and adherence to work schedule under strict control.
Having focused on the quality of technical service of agricultural equipment, which would be used in wheat harvest campaign, Turkmen leader addressed the Hyakim with the assignments on timely solution of these issues for support of high production output of machinery during coming season.
The President also gave instruction on construction of the facilities provided by the Programme of social and economic development of the velayat in 2019 – 2025, which outlines key measures for improvement of industrial potential of the region and life level of the population.
Having noted that the World Health Day and National Holiday of Turkmen Horse to be observed in the country April, the Head of the State ordered to provide high-level organization of celebration events, sport and cultural actions.
After, the President called Hyakim of Balkan Velayat YA. Gylyjov who reported on the situation in the region, cotton sowing campaign, which has recently started, and works for cultivation of future harvest of grain cultures. It was also reported on the measures for preparation of Avaza National tourist zone to summer season and on the programme of events planned on occasion of remarkable dates.
President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov highlighted that cotton is strategic raw material, which would always has high demand, hence, efficient tactics of cotton farms for sowing campaign in optimum agrotechnical periods and with good result has to be developed.
The Head of the State pointed out advanced preventative maintenance works providing operation of harvesters as well as other equipment used in the fields as one of the main factors of summer wheat harvest, having given the assignment to control the activity of relative services on sites to the Hyakim.
Speaking of the importance of the world Health Day and National Holiday of Turkmen Horse widely observed in April, Turkmen leader noted consolidating and popularizing role of the events held on this case, having ordered to provide high level of organization of this activity.
President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov gave number of instructions on further development of Avaza National tourist zone especially on the threshold of summer season when the infrastructure of the resort has to provide qualitative service with great flow of tourists.
The Head of the State also addressed the Hyakim with the assignments on acceleration of the implementation of the projects of building of new settlements next to Turkmen Lake, formation of modern social and living environment and ecologically oriented production facilities.
Nest, Hyakim of Dashoguz Velayat M. Bayramguliyev made report on the situation in the region, integrated preparation to the start of cotton sowing campaign and other planned field works. Information about planned celebration of the World Health Day and National Holiday of Turkmen Horse in northern region has also been presented.
President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov ordered the Hyakim to hold starting cotton sowing, efficient and rational use of agricultural equipment, use of fuel and lubricants, which have to be supplied without any interruption to the operators based on precise calculations and schedule, under unremitting control.
Diagnostics and preparation of grain harvesters to the start of the mowing are another important objective of specialists of velayat centres of technical service. In this regard, the Head of the State requested the Hyakim to take measures for provision of relative activities on sites.
The President also gave orders on organization of coming celebrations and mass actions in the velayat, having highlighted that they have to be spectacular and rich in content as well as to bear spiritual message and great emotional charge.
After, the Head of the State called Hyakim of Lebap Velayat T. Atahalliyev. The Head of regional administration reported on the works, cotton sowing and the first indicators of this campaign, measures for coordination of all structures involved in this activity and cooperation of all links. The official has also reported about the situation in wheat field of the velayat and informed about the preparation to coming holidays.
Having listened to the report, President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov noted that cotton production plays an important role in the economy of the region and development of textile industry. It was highlighted that future harvest of cotton and efficiency of work of processing facilities depend on the quality of sowing campaign, therefore, it is necessary to put all efforts for its high level.
The Head of the State also addressed the Hyakim with orders to start preparation of agricultural equipment to wheat harvest, having provided proper service and maintenance of the vehicles.
Number of instructions has been given regarding the events on occasion of the World Health Day and National holiday of Turkmen Horse. The President noted that these dates would be celebrated on full scale all around the country and Lebap Velayat has to make its input to the row of celebration events.
After, Hyakim of Mary Velayat D. Annaberdiyev made a report on the situation in the region, seasonal agricultural works in the fields, fulfilment of planned measures for cotto sowing.
The President demanded the administration of the region to focus on the compliance with the schedule of sowing campaign and its timely completion as well as ordered to control the preparation of agricultural equipment to wheat harvest season and organization of the events on occasion of the World Health Day and National Holiday of Turkmen Horse.
