First, the President called Hyakim of Ashgabat Sh. Durdiliyev who reported on the situation in the capital, measures for further development of the city and rates of construction of social facilities including residential buildings.
The Hyakim has also informed about the preparation to coming National Celebration of Turkmen Horse and summer season.
Having focused on integrated character of works in the main city of the country, the President of Turkmenistan highlighted the importance of steadfast improvement of social and living conditions of the population, support of cleanness in the capital.
In this regard, the Head of the state demanded to hold the fulfilment of works in these directions, especially compliance with quality and completion of construction of the facilities, under control, having provided coordinated activity of relative structures.
Speaking of remarkable dates in April, the Head of the State requested to prepare comprehensively to National Turkmen Horse Celebration, which is widely observed on the last Sunday of the month.
Having focused on coming summer season, the President pointed out the necessity of provision of full readiness of health improving centres located around the capital. In addition, it was mentioned that taking into account hot climate conditions of our summer, it is necessary to carry out relative preventive measures.
After, Hyakim of Ahal Velayat Sh. Amangeldiyev reported on the situation in the region, course of cotton sowing, measures for preparation to wheat harvest, agricultural works in the fields.
It was also reported about construction works at the facilities in the region, preparation to remarkable dates including coming National Turkmen Horse Celebration and the ceremony of laying of foundation stone of administration centre of Ahal Velayat.
Having listened to the report, President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov ordered the head of regional administration to take necessary measures for acceleration of the rates of cotton sowing and preparation to wheat harvest campaign.
Having focused on coming ceremony of laying of foundation stone of the administration centre of Ahal Velayat, the President highlighted special importance of this historical event, having ordered to provide high organizational level of the ceremony.
Speaking of the importance of preparation and provision of high level of organization of the events on occasion of National Turkmen Horse Celebration, the President gave number of assignments to the Hyakim.
After, the Head of the state called Hyakim of Balkan Velayat Ya. Gylyjov who reported on the works in the region, course of cotton sowing and preparation to grain harvest campaign.
Information about agrotechnical works in the fields as well as about the situation on construction sites and preparation to remarkable dates has been presented within the report.
Having noted that strict compliance with standards during agricultural works in the fields of the region is the main factor of generous harvest, President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov demanded to finish all planned activities as per the deadline.
The Head of the State also demanded the Hyakim to hold the issues related to the provision of quality of construction of the facilities built in the velayat and their timely completion under strict control.
Certain assignments have been given to the head of regional administration for organization of the event on occasion of remarkable dates.
After, Hyakim of Dashoguz Velayat M. Bayramguliyev reported on seasonal field works. The information about the situation at the construction sites of the velayat and preparation to coming holidays has been presented.
Having listened to the report, President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov highlighted the importance of high quality and responsible approach to spring field works.
The Head of the State also requested to control the construction of the facilities in the northern region of the country and their timely completion.
The President of the country ordered to hold the events coming in April, in particular National Turkmen Horse Celebration, on high level.
Next, Hyakim of Lebap Velayat T. Atahalliyev reported to the President about the situation in the region, seasonal field works including the care of winter crops and other planned agrotechnical works.
The information about the construction of various facilities in the velayat and cultural programme of coming holidays has also been presented.
Summing up the report, the Head of the State requested to take necessary measures for activation of the rates of cotton sowing in the region and to provide all conditions for coordinated work of the farmers during winter crops harvest.
During working session, the Hyakim received certain instructions to hold under strict control the construction works in the region and to prepare to National Turkmen Horse Celebration on proper level.

After, Hyakim of Mary Velayat D. Annaberdiyev reported on the measures for development of agricultural industry in the region, cotton sowing and care of winter crops. In addition, the Head of regional administration reported on the situation at the construction sites in the velayat.
Having listened to the report, President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov focused on the most important objectives of current stage of agricultural works. The Head of the State demanded the Hyakim to take immediate measures for acceleration of the rates of cotton sowing.
Turkmen leader highlighted the necessity of integrated approach to organization of crop harvest, having requested to hold under strict control the issues of preparation of agricultural equipment and storages to harvest campaign.
The President of Turkmenistan ordered to pay special attention to the construction of residential houses and other social facilities and their provision with modern equipment.

Particularly, having noted that heavy precipitation of this year support to receive generous yield of agricultural crops, the Head of the State highlighted the necessity of compliance with agrotechnical requirements during care of wheat and acceleration of cotton sowing rates.
The Hyakim of Ashgabat was ordered to hold under permanent strict control the subjects of further development of the capital, improvement of its road and transport infrastructure, work for making of comfortable conditions for life of the citizens.
Having noted that start of construction of new administration centre of Ahal Velayat is a historical event, the President focused on organization of this event according to ancient Turkmen traditions. Modern city, which would contain modern technologies and developed world practice, would be built in this place, President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov highlighted, having said that all relative measures would be taken in order similar cities appear in all parts of the country.
Highlighting the subject of establishment of the settlements next to Altyn Asyr Turkmen Lake, the head of the State pointed out the necessity of activation of the works carried out in this place for development of livestock and agricultural farming and fishery as well as creation of industrial facilities and favourable social and living conditions for the population.
Turkmen leader noted that construction of numerous social and cultural facilities has been started in the capital and regions according to the Programme of social and economic development of the country in 2019 – 2025 and National rural programme. Construction of big medical facilities is continued in Balkan and Dashoguz Velayats. Speaking of this, the President focused the attention of the Hyakims on the work for improvement of the wealth of the nation.
Further, having noted the importance of the implementation of electronic document management system to all spheres of national economy, the Head of the State highlighted the necessity to hold this important work under special control.
In addition, the President addressed relative assignments to the Hyakims on preparation to extended session of the Cabinet of Ministers on the outcomes of work in the first quarter of the year.
