Complex of social and recreation infrastructure like pre-school, educational, art, sport and health improving facilities will be built in the northern part of the capital between Dushanbe and Astana Streets. The tender for construction was won by the Sport ýyldyzy Private Company, which projects includes the construction of number of sport facilities as well as Technology Monument in Ashgabat. As is known, the company has won the tender and started the construction of the Bicycle Monument at the intersection of Chandibyl Avenue and Bekreve Street.

The territory of future cultural and educational complex will accommodate a secondary school for 720 students and kindergarten for 320 children. The project provides the construction of multiprofile Art Centre with the hall for gaming sports and gymnastics, dance rooms for children and adults, gyms. It will also have record studio, costume workshop and administration offices. Sport ýyldyzy is planning to finish the construction of the facilities in the next year.
