Construction development of one of the biggest residential estates of the capital, Mir 7 is continued. Architectural ensemble of the southeaster part of Ashgabat will be supplemented by 23 multi-storey buildings from monolithic reinforced concrete with brick filling, seismic resistant houses for 36 and 54 apartments.

Construction organizations of Ashgabat Administration – the Ashgabatstroy Production Association, ArgachGurlushyk as well as the Sport Yildizy Individual Enterprize, which won the tenders for turnkey construction of residential houses, will take part in the erection of new buildings, which will start soon.

The territories around the buildings will have sport and children play grounds, walking zones, premises for family ceremonies, elements of landscape design. Parking and walking zone, which will be decorated with fountains and landscape design decoration, will be made along A. Karliyev Street, while trees and decorative shrubs will make green decoration of the place.

Besides the works in Mir 7, the divisions of contracted organizations of Ashgabat Administration together with private companies build new residential complex in the western part of the city along Magtumguly Avenue as well as cottages in Choganly under general plan for the capital’s construction development.
