Opening the session, the Head of the State called Hyakim of Ahal Velayat S. Berdimuhamedov who reported on the works in the regions including the rates of the wheat mowing, measures for cotton care according to agricultural standards.
Having listened to the report, the President of Turkmenistan noted that at present time, the completion of winter crop harvesting as soon as possible and provision of transportation and proper storage of the harvest, which has been grown up by selfless work of the farmers, are the utmost objectives.
Having ordered to hold under strict control efficient use of grain harvesters and other equipment involved in the campaign as well as to settle the payments with the tenant for produced wheat on time, the Head of the State addressed the Hyakim with specific instructions for creation of all conditions for productive work of the farmers.
At the same time, the Head of the State gave instructions for proper preparation of schools of the velayat to new educational year, provision of new school students with computers, which are given to them as a gift on behalf of the President of Turkmenistan. The Head of the State also highlighted the necessity of to accelerate the rates of construction of new comprehensive schools and pre-school facilities and their timely opening.
Having expressed the interest in the situation at construction sites of the region, President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov ordered to hold the construction of textile complexes in Babadayhan and Kaahka etraps as well as other social and cultural facilities under strict control.
Video conference session was continued by the report of Hyakim of Balkan Velayat Ya. Gylyjov who informed about the grain harvest campaign and other current works in agricultural sector. The information about the measures for improvement of social and living conditions of the population and implementation of relative programmes, about the rates of constructions in the regions has also been presented.
Having highlighted the need of integrated solution of set objectives on improvement of efficiency of agricultural production, the Head of the State focused on the wheat harvest campaign. Having noted the importance of optimum use of each day to collect all produced wheat from the fields completely and to provide its uninterrupted delivery to reception facilities and proper storage, the President addressed the Hyakim with specific assignments on this account. Regarding care of the cotton, it is important to conduct relative activities on time and to comply strictly with all agricultural standards.
At the same time, President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov gave orders for preparation to another educational year as well as for acceleration of the rates and provision of high quality of construction of new social and cultural facilities including schools and kindergartens and their opening as per deadline.
Hyakim of Dashoguz Velayat N. Nazarmyradov was the next to report on the situation in his region, measures for organized grain harvest campaign with comprehensive use of modern agricultural equipment and vehicles. It was also reported on the implementation of integrated measures according to agricultural standards for cotton care for good yield of this agricultural crop.
In addition, the Hyakim informed about the construction works in the velayat as well as on preparation to implementation of new projects.
The President highlighted that it is necessary to pay utmost attention to the subjects related to the wheat harvesting including the creation of conditions for highly productive work of all participants of this responsible campaign, operational and qualitative service of grain harvesters and other equipment and timely settlements of the payments with tenants.
Having ordered the Hyakim to hold timely preparation to new educational under attention, the President expressed the interest in the rates of construction of new social and cultural facilities.
After, the President of Turkmenistan called Hyakim of Lebap Velayat T. Atahalliyev who reported on seasonal works in agricultural complex. The information about the measures for improvement of social and living conditions of the population and construction rates of the facilities in the region has also been presented.
Summing up the report, President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov noted the necessity to hold under control the situation in the region, steadfast implementation of all adopted programmes. The Head of the State gave specific objectives to the Hyakim on the wheat harvesting and its timely completion, provision of uninterrupted operation of harvest conveyor.
Continuing the subject, the President pointed out the importance of active implementation of scientifically based approaches to the improvement of activity of agricultural complex of the velayat, solution of priority objectives related to the cultivation and increment of productivity of agricultural crops including the cotton.
Having focused on the preparation to new educational year, the Head of the State demanded to complete the repair of the school buildings before the start. Having focused on the importance of acceleration of the rates and high quality of construction of new schools and kindergartens, the President gave instructions to the Hyakim on their opening on time.
Relative assignments have been given for provision of young Turkmenistan citizens, who would go to schools for the first time this year, with computers. The President also addressed the Hyakim with the orders on preparation to the ground breaking ceremony of new settlements.
After, Hyakim of Mary Velayat D. Annaberdiyev made report on the points of agenda. It was also reported on the situation in the region including in agricultural complex.
Having informed on the measures for further development of social and living infrastructure of the velayat, the Hyakim reported on the work for implementation of construction projects.
President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov highlighted the importance of thoroughly thought organization of works in agricultural fields of the region, having ordered to increase the rates of the harvest of winter crops with efficient use of grain harvesters and other agricultural equipment.
Just like in other velayats of the country, it is necessary to hold under control the implementation of National rural programme and other reforming programmes providing the construction of different facilities, in particular living houses, schools and kindergartens, the head of the State said.
Speaking of the preparation to new educational year, the Head of the State pointed out the necessity to increase the attention to solution of relative issues. The President also ordered to provide high organizational level of the events on occasion of ground breaking ceremony of new settlements in Mary Velayat.
Summing up the outcomes of the session, the Head of the State highlighted the importance of solution of the objectives related to steadfast development of the regions and the country in general.
