Opening the session, the Head of the State called Hyakim of Ashgabat Sh. Durdiliyev who reported on the current situation in the capital, work for uninterrupted provision of the population with drinking water, electricity and gas as well as on preparation to coming remarkable dates.
In the report, the Hyakim informed about activity for maintenance and support of ecological condition of etraps of the city. It was mentioned that special programme has been developed together with relative structures in this direction.
Having listened to the report, President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov highlighted that issues of social and economic development of Ashgabat have to be under permanent attention including timely completion of construction and facilities and provision of their high quality. At the same time, it is necessary to take all measures for uninterrupted heating of living buildings, schools and kindergartens of the capital.
Having highlighted the provision of the population with drinking water, electricity and gas as well as ecological wealth, the Head of the State focused on responsible approach to these subjects.
Continuing the session, Turkmen leader has listened to the report of Hyakim of Ahal Velayat S. Berdimuhamedov who reported on the situation in the region.
It was mentioned that ploughing of fields, which have been released from cotton, and care of winter crops are carried out at present. The Head of regional administration has also reported on the construction rates of different facilities in the velayat in the context of fulfilment of objectives of national rural programme.
Information about cultural programme planned on occasion of the International Neutrality and Day and New Year celebration has been presented.
Having listened to the report, President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov highlighted that it is necessary to control the conditions of lands, proper maintenance of irrigation facilities, drainage and other systems.
Continuing this subject, the Head of the State noted that it is necessary to analyse operational condition of water reserves in the velayat together with the State Water Management Committee. In addition, it is necessary to pay attention to heating of social facilities and to provide the population with uninterrupted supply of electricity and gas due coming cold weather.
It is necessary to get ready to coming remarkable events – International Neutrality Day and New Year celebration, the President noted, having addressed the hyakim with number of assignments.
Hyakim of Balkan Velayat ya. Gylyjov reported on the situation in the region, in particular on integrated works expanded in agricultural fields of the velayat.
Big attention is also paid to solution of the objectives following from National rural programme including timely commissioning of the facilities under construction. Continuing the subject, the hyakim informed on preparation to celebration of International Neutrality Day and New Year.
Summing up the report, the President of Turkmenistan ordered to approach the provision of high quality of agricultural works as well as maintenance of irrigation facilities with full responsibility.
Taking into account significant temperature drop, the Head of the State has drawn attention to uninterrupted heating of living houses, schools and kindergartens, having ordered to hold water, electricity and gas supply under special control in the velayat.
Speaking of coming holidays, the President requested to conduct it on high organizational level, having given certain instructions to the hyakim.
Reporting on seasonal agricultural campaigns, Hyakim of Dashoguz Velayat N. Nazarmyradov noted that collection of cotton remained in the fields is carried out at present. Preparation of agricultural fields, equipment,, water and land resources to coming season is among agrotechnical activities.
At the same time, it was informed about the work on realization of National rural programme, construction of social, cultural and agricultural facilities. Special attention is paid to preparation of events on occasion of coming remarkable dates.
Summing up the report, President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov ordered to hold under control agricultural activities on scientific base, realization of the State programme for provision of pure drinking water to the population. At the same time, the importance of modernization of irrigation facilities and their maintenance has been highlighted.
Speaking of the measures for steadfast improvement of social and living conditions of the population, Turkmen leader ordered to pay the utmost attention to this important aspect of the State policy.
The Head of the State has also ordered to control the work of heating systems especially in schools, kindergartens and living houses.
Speaking of the construction of different facilities in the region, the President noted that quality of construction and timely completion of works remain the main requirements of today.
Hyakim of Lebap Velayat T. Atahalliyev reported on seasonal agricultural works as well as on soil reclamation activities in the region.
It was also informed about the measures for further development of the velayat under the implementation of National Programme of improvement of social and living conditions of rural population, situation at big construction sites of the velayats and high-level organization of coming holidays.
Having listened to the report, the President focused on the conditions of agricultural fields of the eastern region of the country and importance of systematic organizational and technical activities aimed at improvement of the land fertility and making of the most favourable conditions for development of agriculture.
The Head of the State demanded to arrange coordinated activity of all structures for conducting of all agrotechnical activities on proper level, having paid special attention to cleaning of water reserves and control of condition of irrigation systems.
Having addressed the head of regional administration with assignments for construction of social and cultural facilities and solution of other import objectives, Turkmen leader also noted that it is necessary to provide high organizational level of events on occasion of International Neutrality Day and New Year Celebration.
Hyakim of Mary Velayat D. Annaberdiyev reported on the situation in the region, measures for uninterrupted supply of heating and electricity to the settlements as well as on construction of various facilities.
The hyakim informed that collection of cotton remained in the fields and beetroot, ploughing of lands released from different crops are carried out in the fields. The information about preparation to coming remarkable events has been presented.
The President has focused the attention of the hyakim of one of the main factors of increment of agricultural production in general – the efficient use of land during crop rotation, optimum balance of fertilizers and seeds as well as soil improvement works, having addressed the head of regional administration with relative assignments.
The Head of the State pointed out the necessity to provide the population of the velayat with pure drinking water, uninterrupted supply of heating, electricity and gas as well as to prepare to coming events, which are planned on occasion of International Neutrality Day and New Year celebration, on high level.
