Number of documents, which includes the Decision on development of the draft project of International Programme of Innovative Cooperation of the members state of the CIS until 2030, has been adopted at the session of the Heads of the Governments of the Commonwealth of Independent States chaired by President of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov in Ashgabat on May 31, 2019.
The focus was made on this document during current meeting, where Eleonora Mitrofanova, the Head of the Agency, and other specialists set number of projects and programmes. It includes innovative cooperation in the CIS, work for development of international youth collaboration, cultural partnership, protection of historical memory, social diplomacy and many other.
Representatives of profile organizations like ministries of education, culture, sports and youth affairs, Academy of Sciences, research institutes, universities and students took part in the event.
Important place in presented projects was given to bilateral cooperation in educational sphere. Representatives of the Roscooperation noted that programmes, which are actively implemented in educational system of the Russian Federation, could be adapted and used effectively in Turkmenistan educational structure.
This includes creation of joint programme of additional education, joint departments, faculties, branches, scientific and methodological programmes, training of personnel for digital transformation of the economy.
Training of qualified personnel with wide world outlook for all branches of national economy is the main goal of successful scientific and technical policy of Turkmenistan today.
During the meeting, the guests noted perspectivity of cooperation with representatives of scientific circles of our country in such current directions as innovative economy and humanitarian studies.
During the visit, representatives of the Roscooperation visited different ministries and departments, where measures for strengthening of cooperation have been discussed, as well as A. S. Pushkin Turkmen – Russian Secondary Comprehensive School and presented new study books and teaching guides.
