Meeting with delegation of the Republic of Korea chaired by the Secretary General of the Committee of the World Martial Art Games was held in the Foreign Ministry of Turkmenistan on February 4.
Consolidating role of sport diplomacy in international relations has been noted during the conversation. In this aspect, it was highlighted that the Committee of the World Martial Art Games stands for popularization of this sport direction, organization of tournaments and festivals especially the World Martial Art Games.
High appraisal has been given to the development of sport movement in Turkmenistan, which strengthen its positions as a country, which is able to receive high-level international competitions in various sports.
Having expressed hope for activation of the dialog with our country, the delegation suggested considering the subject of organization of the World Martial Art Games in Turkmenistan.
