Early in the morning, the Head of the State has come to picturesque place in the Kopetdag foothills where the President was met by the heads of security forces.
Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers, Secretary of the State Security Council Ch. Amanov reported to the Supreme Commander of the Security Forces of the country on work carried out according to the assignments given recently at the session of the State Security Council as well as on projects and locations of facilities planned to be built.
Having received the report, President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov inspected the project of construction of stable and its location.
As is known, the subjects related to strengthening of equipment and facility base of military and law enforcement agencies, improvement of conditions of service and life of military personnel and their families, enhancement of professional level of personnel are the priority vectors of the government policy of Turkmenistan.
In this context, the Head of the State pays special attention to provision of high level of physical and combat training of the Motherland defenders and personnel of law enforcement agencies, introduction of advanced methods and digital technologies in activity of security forces, which play important role in support of stability, order and law in the country.
Having studied in details the presented projects and locations of facility, President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov made some remarks and corrections of the projects.
The Head of the State highlighted that new equestrian complex has to meet modern requirements, the same as other similar facilities, which were put into operation. It has to have all necessary conditions for breeding and training of horses, preparation to races.
In the last years, the Head of the State have been paying special attention to breeding of ahalteke horses in the structures of security forces of the country, training of service horses and their participation in competitions, which is to support the continuation of glorious equestrian traditions of ancestors.
In this regard, having highlighted importance of strengthening of potential and modernization of equipment and facility base of the Armed Forces, successful solution of objectives followed from National Military doctrine, which has exclusively defensive character, President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov focused that Motherland defenders and personnel of law enforcement agencies have to know how to ride horses together with other skills, which is very important for personnel of Equestrian Group of the Defence Ministry of Turkmenistan.
The Supreme Commander of the Armed Forces of the country noted that ahalteke horses, the pride and heritage of Turkmen people, are living symbols of national history and its modern age. Ahalteke horses are our loyal friends and assistants of motherland defenders and law enforcement personnel.
Advanced engineering and technical solutions and elements of national architecture have to be organically combined in architectural image of similar facilities, the Head of the State said, having addressed the Vice-premier, Secretary of the State Security Council with number of specific assignments. At the same time, provision of the complex with innovative technologies is the main requirement.
Having focused on objectives given to military and law enforcement agencies of the country, President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov highlighted that every leader has to demonstrate responsible approach to their solution and fulfilment of given works.
After, it was reported to the President of Turkmenistan, Supreme Commander of the Armed forces of the country on location of health recreation centre planned to be built for personnel of security forces.
The Head of the State went to the place of construction of this facility. The beauty of this place is charming. Mountain gorges and paths, crystal clear springs, high rocks surrounded by trees make unique landscape.
Waterways and thick bushes form favourable micro climate supporting high level of ecology of these places. Rational and scientifically based use of natural opportunities for organization of full rest and strengthening of health of people are priority directions of the state policy.
In this regard, special attention is paid to creation of social and living, health improving and recreation infrastructure including for personnel of military and law enforcement agencies and their families. As is known, these subjects are under attention of the Head of the State.
It was mentioned that new centre would provide high level of services to the patients. Surrounding territory will be developed according to modern requirements. Local natural features will be taken into account during planning of construction of buildings.
It is remarkable that modern health recreation centre will be located near the merger of mountain springs to single watercourse. Speaking of original beauty of this place, the President of Turkmenistan highlighted that ecological methods, which do not harm the environment, have to be applied during construction of similar facilities.
Having looked around the location of new facility, Head of the State Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov has focused on the necessity of making of favourable conditions for recreation of adults and children.
Detailed information on allocation of land plots to each military and law enforcement agency for cultivation of fruit trees and vegetables has been presented in the report as well as relative schemes have been demonstrated. Such fruit trees as apple, apricot, peach, pear, plum, persimmon and quince will be planted in these places.
Having studied presented projects and maps, the President approved the proposal on growing of fruit trees, vegetable and cucurbitaceous crops at the land plots given to military and law enforcement agencies.
It will be very important for new generation of military personnel especially for cadets of specialized military schools in the aspect of combination of time free from study and training with work, which will enhance the love of youth to native land.
Continuing the subject, President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov told about efficiency of various fruits including quince jam on health of people.
The Vice-premier, Secretary of the State Security Council informed that following recommendations of scientists specialized in agricultural field, personnel of military and law enforcement agencies are engaged in farming for several years, grows fruits and grapes, which started giving harvest. The President has been also offered to taste the first harvest of cherry.
Head of the State Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov noted that seedlings of fruit trees, which are planned to be planted, has to be selected taking into account climate conditions and natural features.
It is necessary to raise the issue of engagement of personnel of military and law enforcement agencies in farming, production of various food products for strengthening of equipment and facility base of military and law enforcement agencies, further improvement of supply system of these agencies, the President noted.
In this context, Turkmen leader ordered military and law enforcement agencies to start processing fruit, vegetable and cucurbitaceous crops and to starts the construction of hothouse farms, which would allow making fresh fruit and vegetable production any time of the year.
Supreme Commander of the Armed Forces of Turkmenistan, Army General Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov made special mention that it would be very important in education of military personnel, young soldiers and personnel of security forces in the spirit of patriotism and love of honest work. In this regard, speaking of importance of national principles especially in work education, the Head of the State also highlighted the necessity of active involvement of youth to physical training movement, having requested to approach solution of relative objectives with full responsibility.
Speaking of facilities planned be built, the Supreme Commander of the Armed Forces of the country requested to pay special attention to provision of high quality of construction, which meets modern requirements, ecological and natural factors.
After, the Head of the State has arrived in the main square at the State tribune located in the centre of Ashgabat.
Having focused attention on development of this part of the city, which hosts ceremonial marches on occasion of remarkable dates taking important place in life of the country, President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov also requested to approach the preparation of celebration of the 30th anniversary of Turkmenistan independence, especially to military parade as well as to provision of high organizational level of important political events with full responsibility.
It is necessary to pay special attention to active participation of military and law enforcement agencies in events on occasion of glorious dates. Achievements of our country and patriotic spirit of the nation have to be reflected in anniversary military parade.
Primordial national traditions have to be reflected in celebration events in combination with modern trends, the Head of the State noted, having addressed specific assignments.
