President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov arrived in Lebap velayat on a working visit.

The airplane of the President of Turkmenistan landed at the International Airport of Turkmenabat, where government officials greeted the Turkmen leader.

The Lebap Velayat Hyakim reported to President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov on the successful fulfillment of contractual obligations in the winter crops harvesting campaign.

Commenting on the report, the President of Turkmenistan emphasized the importance of the labor victory achieved by Lebap Velayat grain growers during the Week of Culture. The President of Turkmenistan congratulated everyone on the double occasion, expressing satisfaction with the fact that agricultural workers of the region were the first in the country to fulfill their contractual obligations, having handed over 310,000 tons of grain to the receiving points of the country. This success is the result of the hard work of grain growers, combine operators, vehicle drivers, all workers in the agricultural sector of the velayat.

Emphasizing that hardworking agricultural workers successfully solve the tasks set, the President of Turkmenistan expressed confidence that the workers in the Lebap velayat, working hard, would also successfully fulfill their contractual obligations in cotton harvesting campaign.

Cordially congratulating farmers on the labor victory achieved in the year of the celebration of the 30th anniversary of our sacred independence, and wishing them good health, family well-being, success in their work for the prosperity of our native Motherland, the President of Turkmenistan left the venue.
