The first batch of products from domestic polypropylene was produced by the Aziya plastik enterprise. A plant for the production of polypropylene bags for bulk materials has been launched in the Geoktepe etrap of the Akhal velayat since October 1. Now on the automatic line installed in the workshop, soft containers are made for the transportation of 50-60 kilograms of flour. For the production of products, domestic raw materials are used, produced at the Turkmenbashi TKNPZ and the Kiyanli Polymer Plant. The plant's capacities allow processing up to 100 tons of polypropylene per month.
Member of the Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs Mekan Shaliev acquired and mastered high-tech equipment from Starlinger, which is the world market leader in the production of industrial plants for the production of bags, packaging fabric and technical textiles from plastic bands. The plant has high-quality plastic woven bag production facilities that pack various bulk materials such as cement, chemicals, seeds, cereals, flour, sugar, citrus fruits, fertilizers, feed and similar products. The entrepreneur believes that the use of soft containers accelerates the delivery of goods, reduces the costs of storage and transportation, reduces product losses as a result of spoilage and, as a result, leads to an increase in turnover.
