In accordance with articles 25, 54, 56, 72 and 83 of the Law of Turkmenistan “On the Court” I hereby decree to:
appoint Ataev Charyguly as a judge of the Supreme Court of Turkmenistan, releasing him from the post of chairman of the Ashgabat City Court;
appoint Khodzhamgulyev Begench Gurbangeldievich as the chairman of the Ashgabat city court, introduce him to the Presidium of this court, dismissing him from the post of judge of the Supreme Court of Turkmenistan;
appoint Rejepov Uraim Myratgeldievich as a judge of the Ashgabat city court, introduce him to the Presidium of this court, releasing him from the post of deputy chairman of the Ahal velayat court;
appoint Garrybay Baimyradovich Ashyrov as a judge of the Bagtyyarlyk etrap court of the city of Ashgabat, dismissing the judge for administrative and executive proceedings of the Ak Bugday etrap court of Ahal velayat;
appoint Akmyradov Gurbanguly Akmyradovich as the chairman of the Balkan Velayat Court, introduce him to the Presidium of this court, dismissing him from the post of the chairman of Tejen etrap, city court of Ahal velayat;
appoint Yusupov Nursakhet Emetovich as a judge of the Balkan velayat court, introduce him to the Presidium of this court, dismissing him from the post of judge of the Vekilbazar etrap court of Mary velayat;
appoint Babayev Dovlet Atamyradovich as a judge of the Balkan Velayat Court, introduce him to the Presidium of this court, releasing him from the post of Deputy Chairman of the Court of the city of Turkmenbashi, Balkan Velayat;
appoint Gurbankulov Muhammet Astanagulyevich as the chairman of the Balkanabat city court of the Balkan velayat, dismissing the judge of the Berkararlyk etrap court of the city of Ashgabat;
appoint Saparov Akhmetyar Komekovich as a judge of the court of the city of Turkmenbashi, Balkan velayat;
appoint Khudaiberdiev Guvanch Gendzhibayevich as a judge of the court of the etrap, the city of Serdar of the Balkan velayat, dismissing the judge of the Bereket etrap court of the Balkan velayat;
appoint Ovlyagulyev Kemal Batyrovich as a judge of the Dashoguz velayat court, introduce him to the Presidium of this court, dismissing him from the post of judge of the Kopetdag etrap court of Ashgabat;
appoint Ovlyagulyev Kakadzhan Nuryagdyevich as a judge of the Dashoguz city court of the Dashoguz velayat, releasing him from the post of the judge for administrative and executive proceedings of the Mary city court of Mary velayat;
appoint Hodjamuradov Atajan Toymuradovich as a judge for administrative and enforcement proceedings of the Dashoguz city court of the Dashoguz velayat and assign him the 5th qualification class;
appoint Ovvadov Dayanch Jumageldievich as the chairman of the Lebap velayat court, introduce him to the Presidium of this court, releasing him from the post of deputy chairman of the Dashoguz velayat court;
appoint Rakhmetov Ilyas Dovletovich as a judge of the Lebap velayat court, introduce him to the Presidium of this court, dismissing him from the post of judge for administrative and executive proceedings of the Geoktepe etrap court of Ahal velayat;
appoint Abdyreyimov Sadyk Khabybyll oglu as a judge of the Turkmenabat city court of Lebap velayat and assign him the 5th qualification class;
appoint Khudayberdiev Gurbanmyrat Meretgeldievich as the chairman of Mary velayat court, introduce him to the Presidium of this court, release him from the post of the chairman of the Mary city court of Mary velayat;
to appoint Baijanov Byashim Gorganmyradovich as a judge of Mary velayat court, include him in the Presidium of this court, dismissing him from the post of judge of the Serhetabat etrap court of Mary velayat;
in connection with the expiration of the term of office, release Allagulyev Toyguly Allagulyevich from the post of deputy chairman of the Ashgabat City Court;
in connection with the expiration of the term of office, release Babaev Babamergen Akmyradovich from the post of judge of the Ashgabat city court;
in connection with the expiration of the term of office, release Gurbanova Amantach Salykhovna from the post of judge of the Ashgabat City Court;
in connection with the expiration of the term of office, release Shalarov Charymyrat from the post of chairman of the Bagtyyarlyk etrap court of the city of Ashgabat;
