The most creative female employees of the banking system were identified in Turkmenistan

The final of the creative contest "Happy women of the developing Motherland with Arkadag Serdar", organized by the Central Bank of Turkmenistan jointly with the National Trade Union Center and the Central Council of Women’s Union of the country, was held in Ashgabat.

The winners of the city and velayat stages performed at the competition site in the capital. Female specialists representing State Commercial Banks, Joint-Stock Commercial Banks and their branches showed their versatile skills and abilities.

According to the conditions of the final tests, the contestants had to tell about their professional activities, new transformations in the banking system, about the latest achievements and development of this sphere in our country. In addition, representatives of banks could share their personal experience in banking.

The girls were also given the opportunity to prove themselves as good housewives. The ability to organize a rich dastarkhan, decorating it with Turkmen national dishes is part of the traditions of our people.

Another challenge for the contestants was a performance with musical, folklore and dance numbers. Well-known artists of our stage provided worthy support to the participants in this.

The judging panel evaluating the performances of the girls noted the high professional and creative training of the participants.

Representatives of the banking system of Lebap velayat were announced the winners of the competition. However, by the decision of the jury, all other finalists are also considered winners of the competition.

The competition, held among female employees of the banking system of Turkmenistan, was timed to celebrate the 32nd anniversary of the country's Independence and the 30th anniversary of the introduction of the national manat. All participants were awarded with gifts and certificates of honor.
