A ceremony was held at the Institute of International Relations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan in honour of the university students and their mentors who especially distinguished themselves in the year «Happy Youth with Arkadag Serdar».

In the festive atmosphere before the New Year, congratulations were addressed to the main participants of the celebration, words of deep gratitude were expressed to them for their conscientious and dedicated work, achieved high academic performance and professional excellence, victories at state and international Olympiads, creative competitions and sports competitions. Distinguished youth representatives and university teachers were presented with Certificates of Honour, valuable and memorable gifts and, of course, New Year's sweets.

As the rector of the institute, Jumamyrat Gurbangeldiyev, noted in his congratulatory speech, in the era of the Revival of the new epoch of the powerful state, as a result of large-scale activities carried out in the country under the leadership of the head of state, all the necessary conditions have been created, there are favourable opportunities for the realization of the creative and intellectual potential of Turkmen youth, which, in turn, takes an increasingly active position in all spheres of state life.

The participants of the event expressed their heartfelt gratitude and sincere gratitude to Hero-Arkadag and Arkadagly Hero Serdar for the opportunities provided for fruitful work and creative work, tireless, fatherly care for the youth of Turkmenistan.

It was emphasized that the holiday at the university, organized on the eve of the new year 2024, increased the enthusiasm and inspiration for new achievements among students and teachers of the university.

The event was followed by a festive concert. In musical and song compositions, performed in different languages of the world, successes and achievements, the prosperity of the beloved Fatherland were proudly sung.
