The Seydi Oil Refinery, located in Lebap velayat, is one of the largest industrial enterprises.

Over the years of independence, the implementation of several important projects at this enterprise and the complete restructuring of the organization have contributed to an increase in the volume and quality of the products. This is clearly evidenced by the variety of high-quality products manufactured here and the achieved high results.

The organization of work at the refinery and the diligent work of the workers and specialists have allowed to complete the year 2023 with high performance, to fulfill the overall production plan by 117.7 percent. During the past year, the enterprise processed 489,684 tons of raw materials and produced over 413,000 tons of products. This means that the annual plans for raw material processing and production of related products were fulfilled at 110.7 percent and 100.2 percent, respectively. More than 230,390 tons of the produced products are gasoline A-95, A-92, and A-80, and about 123,680 tons are diesel fuel. 

In total, in December-January, the plant produced 30,065 tons of heavy vacuum gas oil, 5,375 tons of fuel oil, and 22,680 tons of road bitumen. The continuous implementation of modern production equipment at the enterprise creates conditions for increasing demand for the products manufactured here, including from foreign consumers.

This also helps to facilitate the efficient placement of finished products. It should be noted that the products produced at the refinery are exported to countries such as Uzbekistan, Afghanistan, Georgia and the United Arab Emirates. This contributes to the expansion of close relations with foreign countries and strengthens the economic power of the country.
