Kerim Serdarov, a 3rd-year student at the Institute of International Relations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan, participated in a scientific competition organized by the International Scientific and Practical Council of the Commonwealth of Independent States. 

The work of the Turkmen student was unanimously approved by the members of the Council. The competition was held as part of the International Scientific and Practical Conference "Active Researcher: Modern Education System, Quality Improvement and Modern Continuing Education."

The Turkmen student was awarded the "Active Researcher" commemorative badge, as well as a special certificate and a letter of appreciation.
