This year, it is planned to complete the construction of a new international airport in Jebel Balkan Province, capable of serving up to 100 passengers per hour. Currently, using the most modern technologies, over 600 specialists of various professions are working on the construction of the facility.

The construction of a transformer substation, a special reservoir and premises for fire services is at the completion stage. A special 35-meter tower is being built for employees of dispatching services, as well as other premises for technical departments.

It is assumed that the airport will accept almost all types of aircraft. In the future, the new transport and logistics center in Jebel will have a significant impact on the development of not only the Balkan Velayat, but also the whole of Turkmenistan.
