Agricultural universities of Turkmenistan and Uzbekistan held a meeting in honor of the 300th anniversary of Magtymguly

On the occasion of the 300th anniversary of the birth of the greatest poet and the philosopher of the East Magtymguly Fragi Turkmen Agricultural University named after S.A. Niyazov and Tashkent State Agrarian University jointly held an educational and methodological conference called “Magtymguly Fragi is a poet of all times and peoples.”

The meeting took place online with the participation of representatives faculty and students of two universities.

During the conference, a speech was made by senior teacher of the Department of Social Sciences of the S.A.Niyazov TSAU Tyazegul Muhammetgulyeva. It spoke in detail about creativity of Magtymguly, philosophical sense and deepest the meaning of the works of the brilliant poet, which are an invaluable asset for all humanity.

As noted, translated into languages of different peoples of the world poems by Magtymguly, passing through centuries, invariably find a lively response in the hearts of people in all corners planets. In this regard, it was emphasized that the 300th anniversary Magtymguly is widely and solemnly celebrated this year on international level, numerous events in honor of poet's anniversaries are held in different countries of the world.

At the end of the meeting, the head of the department of Uzbek language and Literature of Tashkent University Sayyor Halmirzaev noted that Uzbek writers, literary critics with a special respect and respect the work of Magtymguly Fragi, explore in detail and deeply study the works masters of artistic expression with a view to further popularization of the rich literary heritage of the poet-classics and young people are actively involved in this work.

With a special sense of pride, touching and heartfelt students of a Tashkent university recited lyrical Poems by the poet in Uzbek.
