Young Turkmen football players achieved triple success at the international tournament AFL Kids Cup-2024 among children and teenagers held in Tashkent.

Six teams competed for prizes in various age groups. And it is very gratifying that in two of them our compatriots had no equal: in the tournament among athletes born in 2012, the «Batly» team won, and in the competition among football players born in 2014, the best was the «Gökje» team. At the same time, in the latter, midfielder Amanmyrat Rejepov was recognized as the best player of the tournament.

In the age group of athletes born in 2009, in which the Turkmen football players competed against four teams from Uzbekistan and one from Kyrgyzstan, the Ashgabat team «Çandybil» took second place, losing first to the hosts of the tournament. And the captain of our team, Amanmyrat Charyyev, was recognized as the best striker.
