The final round of the TV contest "Ýaňlan, Diýarym!" took place in Balkan velayat. The contest was held in the park near the "Türkmeniň ak öýi" building in the city of Balkanabat, with 10 winners of the preliminary round participating.

According to the decision of the esteemed jury, the winners of the velayat round were Guvanch Toychiyev from Balkanabat and Hally Babayev from the village of Guvlymayak in the Turkmenbashi etrap, who earned the right to participate in the final round of the contest at the national level.
