This year, in a solemn atmosphere to commemorate the 300th anniversary of the birth of a classic of Turkmen literature Magtymguly Fragi and in his honor in the foothills of Kopetdag there was a new cultural and park complex of the capital was opened.

It is symbolic that this large-scale object, except the majestic Magtymguly monument, includes the alley of famous poets and thinkers of various countries and eras, which emphasizes its importance in the context of friendship between peoples and unity of the cultural heritage of humanity.

There are 24 monuments installed on the territory of the park complex world famous writers and poets from around the world. The editors of the "Golden Age" considered it correct, according to opportunities, to introduce the reader, especially children and adolescence, with the life and work of outstanding personalities whose monuments decorate Magtymguly Alley. This is also important because some of the geniuses presented here of our time, visited Turkmenistan. Classic of Belarusian literature, poet, translator, playwright, Academician Yanka Kupala was born in the village of Vyazynka in Minsk regions of Belarus. As a child, the future poet had to do a lot to help his father, who was a landless peasant. Despite the fact that hard work took up a lot of his time, he managed to find free hours to study self-education. Therefore, Yanka has to know almost everyone books from my father's library. In 1898 he graduated from school and received the title of home teacher.

At the beginning of the twentieth century, Yanka Kupala worked in the editorial office of the first Belarusian newspaper "Nasha Niva", where he met the future wife Vladislava Stankevich. Around the same time, the poet publishes his first poems. His poems are famous writers of that time translated into Russian, Ukrainian and other languages. The early poems of Yanka Kupala are typical of folklore in Belarusian poetry of the 19th century.

In the period from 1909 to 1915, Yanka Kupala published many poems, writes plays for theaters.

In 1925, he was already a venerable poet, Yanka Kupala was awarded honorary title "People's Poet of Belarus". He was elected as deputy of the Minsk City Council and becomes a member of the Union writers of Belarus. In the pre-war years, more were published several poetry collections and poems by the poet. In 1939 the poet was awarded the Order of Lenin.

During the war years, the Yankees' bright journalism gained popularity Kupala, which ignited people for battle – his patriotic poems during this period are characterized anti-fascist orientation. Yanka Kupala died in 1942. There are schools in Belarus libraries, museums and streets named after Yanka Kupala. Works the poet's works have been translated into many languages of the world. The poet himself translated it into Belarusian language works of many great writers and poets, including Pushkin, Shevchenko, Nekrasov, Krylov and other. Already in our time, in 2003, the complete collection was published works of Yanka Kupala in nine volumes.
