Now, when purchasing train tickets, passengers can easily add disposable sheets to their order both at ticket counters and terminals at stations, as well as online through the "Turkmenistan Railways" mobile app. The cost of the sheets will be added to the total ticket price, simplifying the purchase process.

Baggage Rules:

Passengers are allowed free baggage up to 100 kg. If the baggage exceeds this limit, it will be considered as cargo. The maximum dimensions of baggage should not exceed 100x30x50 centimeters.

Carriage of Children:

Each adult passenger can take one child under 5 years old for free. A ticket must be purchased for each additional child. If the child is between 5 and 10 years old, a separate "Child Fare" ticket is required. Children over 10 years old need full price tickets.

Ticket Purchase:

Train tickets can be purchased online 10 days before departure. It is important to remember that when searching for a trip on the 11th day, the system will not show available routes.

At railway ticket counters, tickets are available 5 days before departure. When searching for a trip on the day of departure after 12:00 if the train has already departed at 12:00, the system will also notify that there are no routes available.

The price difference for a ticket in VIP carriages is 50 manats above the cost of a standard ticket.

It is recommended to arrive at the station or terminal 45 minutes before departure to avoid any delays.
