The Main Academic Drama Theatre named after Turkmenbashy the Great welcomed the participants of the II Theatre Festival of the member countries of the International Organization of Turkic Culture (TURKSOY) with the premiere of the play «Kabyl we Habyl» («Cain and Abel») by playwright Govshutgeldi Danatarov.

The ancient biblical parable came to life on the stage of the theatre, deeply moving the audience.

Most of the spectators in the hall were participants of the festival, that is, actors, directors, production designers, and the stage actions were perceived with a strict professional look. But the Turkmen actors passed the «exam». The audience generously applauded the director Eziz Ishangulyyev and the troupe of actors who came out to take a bow, and this is an excellent assessment of the creators of the play.
