The trade mark "Sadaja", owned by a member of the Union of Entrepreneurs and Industrialists of Turkmenistan G. Orazdurdyyev, has recently been gaining increasing popularity in the domestic consumer market.
The company is located and operates in the Gubadag town of the Boldumsaz etrap of the Dashoguz velayat. Currently, the complex includes departments for the production of confectionery and dairy products.
Despite the fact that the complex began its work only a few years ago, its products are now supplied in large quantities to the retail network of the entire velayat. Various confectionery products, including various types of sponge cakes, cookies, bread, muffins, crackers and others, have already become popular with local consumers. A large volume of these sweets will undoubtedly now decorate the New Year's tables of citizens the Dashoguz velayat.
As for the production of dairy products, their release was established this year. The main raw material - milk, is purchased under a contract from the local population and from a new livestock farm located in the etrap. In just six months, the production of many types of high-quality and environmentally friendly dairy products has been established here. Among them are yoghurt, sour cream, cream, ayran, milk of various fat content, cottage cheese, butter and cheese. The equipment for their production was purchased in Iran.
The successful operation of the complex has allowed to increase the volume of processing in the etrap and local raw materials. The specialists of the complex intend to consistently improve the work, carefully studying the demands of the market, and also to increase the output of products in accordance with the demands of the population.
