The USAID Project for the Development of Modern Professional Skills (YDA), together with the School of Entrepreneurs of the Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs of Turkmenistan, announces the acceptance of applications for participation in a free program for the development of youth entrepreneurship.

The initiative aims to provide young people with practical knowledge and entrepreneurial skills needed to successfully launch and develop their business. It is also intended to stimulate the development of youth entrepreneurship in Turkmenistan.

The programme will provide participants with a combination of theoretical and practical courses on entrepreneurship. The courses cover such topics as bases of entrepreneurship, business idea development, business planning, marketing and sales, legal aspects of entrepreneurship, financial planning and management. Participants will also receive advice from national consultants and experienced entrepreneurs. 

The program will end with a business project competition, where participants will present their business projects developed during the training. This will help to identify the best business ideas. The winners of the competition can get access to mentoring, investment opportunities, or other support to turn their ideas into reality.

The program will be implemented in Ashgabat and in all velayats on the basis of branches of the NGO "School of Entrepreneurs".

The program will run from February to April 2025. It is open to Turkmen citizens aged 18-28 who wish to engage in business activity.

Participants will be selected through competitive selection.
