The call for applications for the "Youth4Climate 2025" competition is now open, offering a unique opportunity for young people aged 18-29 and youth organizations to receive funding and support to implement their climate initiatives.
The project is being implemented by the United Nations Development Programme in partnership with the Government of Italy. This global initiative invites young people and youth organizations to submit innovative projects aimed at addressing climate change.
This year, the programme offers seed funding as well as mentoring, webinar participation and networking opportunities at various levels. Applications are accepted for projects that fit into one of six thematic areas: Sustainable Energy Development; Food Industry and Agriculture; Climate and Health; Digital Technologies for the Planet; Climate, Peace and Security; Nature for Climate Action.
Participants can submit applications until 26 May 2025. More information about the competition and the application process can be found on the website.
