On the occasion of the country's main holiday – Independence Day – solemn events, musical meetings, conferences, and exhibitions are held throughout Turkmenistan. 

Among them was a mobile book exhibition and an educational event titled "Garaşsyzlyk – köňülleriň guwanjy" ("Independence – the Pride of Hearts"), which took place in one of the picturesque corners of the capital – the "Bayram Han Turkmen" park.

The event was organized in cooperation with the branch of the Berdi Kerbabayev Library, part of the Centralized Library System of the Ashgabat City Culture Department, and the Turkmen State School of Culture and Arts.

Speakers talked about the achievements of our confidently developing Fatherland during the International Year of Peace and Trust, marked by the 34th anniversary of the glorious independence and the 30th anniversary of Turkmenistan's permanent neutrality.

The organized mobile book exhibition attracted the interest of all visitors to the event.
