In order to successfully solve the tasks outlined in the "Programme of the President of Turkmenistan on the socio-economic development of the country for 2019-2025", to further strengthen the economic power and ensure the sustainable development of the state, as well as to organize measures to reduce the impact of difficulties in world economy on the national economy of Turkmenistan, the President of Turkmenistan signed the Resolution approving the Programme for 2022 and the Action Plan for its implementation.
The document also instructed the relevant ministries, sectoral departments, hyakimliks of the velayats and Ashgabat to ensure the timely implementation of the measures outlined in the Programme.

In order to successfully implement the planned measures for the sustainable development of the national economy in the context of the situation in the global economy, to further improve the financial and economic condition of ministries, sectoral departments and hyakimliks, as well as to increase state budget revenues and timely fulfillment of budgetary obligations, the President of Turkmenistan signed the Resolution, in accordance with which the Central Bank and authorized credit institutions are allowed to postpone the payment deadlines for the balances of ministries, sectoral departments and khyakimliks unpaid as of January 1, 2022 on allocated loan funds, as well as unpaid interest rates calculated in the previous period until January 1, 2023.
The document also ordered the Ministry of Finance and Economy, the Central Bank, together with the Ministry of Justice, to prepare and submit proposals on amendments and additions to the legislation of Turkmenistan arising from this Resolution to the Cabinet of Ministers within a month.

In accordance with the Resolution of the President of Turkmenistan, Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers Purchekov Charymyrat Khvalievich was severely reprimanded for improper performance of official duties and shortcomings in his work.
