Turkmenistan Futsal Super League 2022 moves from Ashgabat to Mary.
Recall that eight futsal clubs are fighting for the title of national champion. Four of them - "Kopetdag", "Gumrukchi", "Senagatbank" and "Milli goshun" - represent Ashgabat, two - "Denizchi" and TKNPZ from Turkmenbashi - Balkan velayat and one each - "Ahal" and "Dashoguz" - respectively Ahal and Dashoguz velayats. It is noteworthy that the northern region of the country is represented in the Futsal Super League for the first time this year.
According to the Football Federation of Turkmenistan, the participants of the national championship will play four rounds in the administrative center of the Mary velayat.
The first six rounds were held in the Olympic village of Ashgabat. In the last, 6th round, the leaders won: Denizchi defeated TKNPZ - 11:0, Kopetdag defeated Milli Goshun - 6:3, Gumrukchi defeated Senagatbank - 3:2, and debutant Dashoguz ” confidently took over “Ahal” - 10:5.
Before the 7th round, which starts on July 15, Denizchi is in the lead with 16 points. Kopetdag is 2 points behind the leader. Gumrukchi is in third place with 11 points. Teams Senagatbank, Dashoguz and Milli Goshun have 7 points each. Close the standings with 3 points TKNPZ and "Ahal".
Hamid Menglibaev (Dashoguz) is leading in the scorers dispute with 12 goals. Gurbangeldy Sahedov (Kopetdag) is losing three goals to him. The third position in the list of the best snipers is shared by Abdylla Nursahedov (Denizchi) and Perman Annamukhammedov (Akhal), who each have 7 goals scored.
The reigning champion of Turkmenistan "Denizchi" arrived in Mary velayat last week. Before the start of the Mary stage of the competition, the team visited the State Historical and Cultural Reserve "Ancient Merv" - a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
