In Turkmenistan, the results of the annual state competitions "Teacher of the Year-2023" and "Educator of the Year-2023" held by the Ministry of Education of Turkmenistan have been summed up.

The honorary title "Teacher of the Year 2023" was rightfully awarded to Gulalek Tachmuradova, a teacher of drawing at the capital's specialized secondary school №134.

Gulalek Rejepova, teacher of kindergarten No. 12 in the city of Mary, Mary Velayat, deservedly received the high award as the title of "Educator of the Year 2023".

Both participants competed on the contest site with dozens of experienced teachers from different parts of our country and were able to gain an advantage by successfully demonstrating their teaching skills, talent and professionalism in all stages of the competition, held in the capital and velayats of Turkmenistan.

The annual competition, according to tradition, evaluated the merits and achievements, experience, educational and mentoring, pedagogical and scientific, in general, the professional activities of teachers, according to all relevant criteria.

Particular attention was focused on the quality of the lessons - teaching methods and format of the presentation of educational material, motivation of schoolchildren and preschool children. The results of the scientific work of teachers, as well as their work aimed at supporting, stimulating and developing gifted and talented children were highly appreciated.
