Today, President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov as well as National Leader of the Turkmen people, Chairman of the Khalk Maslakhaty Hero-Arkadag made a working trip to the city of Ashgabat to get familiarised with the course of realisation of the program of social and economic development of the capital.

In the morning, Hero-Arkadag and Arkadagly Serdar familiarised themselves with new projects located near the Ashgabat international airport. There the head of "Türkmenhowaýollary" agency D.Saburov reported on the state of affairs at the air base, its equipment and work carried out for maintenance service of planes.

As was underlined, now the technical and material basis of "Türkmenhowaýollary" agency regularly improves. The technical fleet is supplemented with new modern planes. It is necessary to note that recently thanks to efforts of the head of the state, our country has received two cargo planes of model A330-200 of P2F modification. This type of planes is used for the first time in Central Asia. Besides it, at the initiative of the President of Turkmenistan purchase of seven more planes is planned.

In the airport’s territory, hangars intended for parking and servicing of airliners of various types that allow carrying out constant control over the technical condition of cargo and passenger planes are located.

President Serdar Berdimuhamedov and Hero-Arkadag took an interest in features of projects and their equipment. It was pointed out that all efforts for rendering of technical services according to requirements of time and international standards are made. It is the main condition of long-term use of planes and safety of flights.

As the head of the state said, technical characteristics of modern airliners correspond to the international standards. Having underlined that the standard technical norms should be observed strictly, the President of the country gave the head of department a number of concrete instructions. Thus, issues of improvement of quality of service of passengers as well as the professional level of the personnel should be attached a priority. 

President Serdar Berdimuhamedov and National Leader of the Turkmen people, Chairman of the Khalk Maslakhaty Hero-Arkadag showed an interest in the condition of helicopters and level of their maintenance service.

Then, the head of the state and Hero-Arkadag arrived in the training centre for pilots of helicopters where they tested the modern flight simulator equipped with the digital system of air navigation. The advanced computer equipment established here for flight practice speaks of conditions created for preparation of professional personnel thanks to the support of President Serdar Berdimuhamedov. In the cabin of the flight crew there is a detailed information algorithm of actions for all stages of flight - from start of engines of the aircraft to its landing. Thus, pilots have a real possibility to raise the qualification and the professional skills necessary for fulfilment of internal and international flights.

After acquaintance with possibilities of educational centre, President Serdar Berdimuhamedov and National Leader of the Turkmen people, Chairman of the Khalk Maslakhaty Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov visited a building of the governmental aviation group of "Türkmenhowaýollary" agency. There all conditions for work, rest and improvement of professional skill of workers are created. The head of the state and Hero-Arkadag familiarised themselves with the premises intended for living and recreation.

Hero-Arkadag noted that the conditions created in the modern apartment house should provide safe living to workers, give them strength for fruitful work.

Having marked that all activity carried out there was the major step on the way to the bright future of people, Arkadagly Serdar said that the technical and material basis of "Türkmenhowaýollary" agency would be further improved consistently. Then, the President of the country and the National Leader of the Turkmen people, having wished heads of the transport sphere successes in their workб left the place.

President Serdar Berdimuhamedov and Hero-Arkadag arrived in the culture and entertaining centre, which is located in the northern part of the capital and under construction. This part of the city has become a unique business centre of Ashgabat, where designs and schemes of erected projects and the complexes planned to be reconstructed and territories adjoining to them were presented.

Deputy-Chairman of the Cabinet B.Annamammedov who supervises the construction and industrial complex, reported on the work carried out to accomplish territories adjoining to projects under construction and displayed projects and sketches of erected and reconstructed projects of road and transport infrastructure, and drawings of places of their arrangement.

As was marked, building of versatile shopping centre here proceeds. Among projects of a new complex – chaykhana, parking place, business centre, an ice-skating rink, a hall for weddings and other celebrations, and underground passages with shops located in them. Thus, complex construction of social projects is carried out.

Drawings of already erected in different corners of the capital, but demand reconstruction of projects of road and transport system planned and roadblocks to be constructed along lines, multi-strip circular road bridges and places of their location were displayed for the head of the state and Hero-Arkadag.

Having familiarised themselves with presented projects and drawings, President Serdar Berdimuhamedov and the National Leader of the Turkmen people expressed a number of remarks and introduced corrective amendments. As was underlined, the high quality of projects under construction should be given particular attention.

An important place should be also given to issues of ecological safety at erection of those or other projects. Throughout the conversation, the President of the country gave profile heads concrete instructions, concerning buildings of the shopping centre with the account of features of the district where it is planned to erect this project, level of ground waters and possibilities of their derivation by drainage. All these issues should be solved on a scientific basis.

The National Leader of the Turkmen people, Chairman of the Khalk Maslakhaty of Turkmenistan, having approved these instructions, drew the attention to the importance of association of efforts of representatives of profile structures at this point in solution of the issue. It is necessary to prevent negative influence of ground waters on projects under construction. Scientific study of soil and its layers in that place, where construction of the shopping centre is planned, is one of the major requirements of today.

The head of the state noted that work carried out in this direction should answer principles of ecological policy and in preparation of projects of road and transport infrastructure, it is necessary to consider features of the district. It is the main condition at planning of construction of projects not only in the capital, but also all over the country.

The issues connected with modernisation of road and transport infrastructure of the city of Ashgabat, features of design of projects concerning it, including lighting devices, should be in the centre of constant attention, and only in this way, it is possible to speak of further complex development and accomplishment of the central city of the country.

Having underlined that quality maintenance and timely commissioning of projects in operation are the major requirement, President Serdar Berdimuhamedov and Hero-Arkadag emphasised necessity of constant control over work carried out.

For comfortable life, productive work and worthy recreation of people it is necessary to create the most favourable conditions and to use for this purpose digital technologies and intellectual systems.

For creation of centres equipped with the digital system, a great significance should be attached, the head of the state pointed out. And it means that projects under construction should meet high requirements of the present. In this connection, corresponding heads were given concrete instructions.
