These days, the team of the Dashoguz Plant of Reinforced Concrete Products of the Ministry of Industry and Construction Production of Turkmenistan is manufacturing all the necessary components for the construction of a multi-apartment large-panel residential building of the 148-Y series due to the order of the individual enterprise "Türkmen çarwa".

These products are intended for the construction of a series of four-storey large-panel residential buildings in Dashoguz, designed for 24 and 32 apartments. The specialists of the private enterprise began the construction of the first of the houses due to the timely deliveries. Apartments in large-panel houses are comfortable and have spacious dimensions.

The availability of a sufficient network of specialized industries is one of the main factors of intensification of urban development activities in the administrative center of Dashoguz in recent years. The number of enterprises of various forms of ownership, engaged in the production of various building materials, is consistently increasing in the region. These include brick factories, enterprises for the production of reinforced concrete products, plastic windows and doors. Most of these enterprises today belong to the private sector. For instance, a factory, erected in S. Turkmenbashy etrap, is designed to produce bricks, including those used for facing the facades of buildings.

There are also built in the region: a mini-factory for the production of glazed tiles, which produces tiles of several sizes and different colors for finishing indoor areas; a small enterprise for the production of metal products, which specializes in the production of water-based paint and glue tile.
