In Turkmenistan, the recruitment of participants for the youth creative contest "Gelse Nowruz äleme, reň kylar jahan peýda" has been announced by the Central Council of the Magtymguly Youth Organization of Turkmenistan, the editorial office of the departmental electronic journal "Arkadagly Ýaşlar" together with the editorial office of the international journal "Türkmenistan Sport" of the State Committee of Turkmenistan for Physical Culture and Sports.
The competition invites students from higher and secondary educational institutions, high school students, as well as young people from different professions who have a special interest in creative activities.
The competition is held in four categories:
- Scientific, artistic and journalistic articles and essays dedicated to the extensive work of immortalizing the literary heritage of Magtymguly Fragi, carried out in the country due to the tremendous efforts of the National Leader of the Turkmen people, the Chairman of the Halk Maslahaty of Turkmenistan, our Hero-Arkadag and the Arkadagly Hero Serdar;
- Topics related to the creativity of Magtymguly Fragi, the National Spring Festival, the Magtymguly Youth Organization of Turkmenistan and UNESCO;
- Creative work on the topic "My Attitude towards the Creativity of Magtymguly Fragi";
- Poems, artistic reflections and stories dedicated to the great attention and respect for the work of Magtymguly in our country, the immense merits of the Hero-Arkadag and the Arkadagly Hero Serdar in popularizing the poet's personality and glorifying his name.
The winners and prize winners of the competition will be awarded Honorary Diplomas and valuable gifts from the organizers of the event. The best original works will be published on the pages of the international journal "Türkmenistan Sport" and its weekly electronic supplement "7/24.tm," as well as the electronic journal "Arkadagly Ýaşlar."
Those wishing to participate in the competition should submit their completed creative works to the organizers by March 10 of the current year. From March 10 to 20, the author's works will be reviewed and evaluated by the jury, and the results of the competition will be announced.

The youth creative contest of Turkmenistan is held in 2024 under the motto "Fount of Wisdom Magtymguly Fragi" with the aim of further studying, promoting and popularizing the rich literary heritage of the greatest poet and philosopher of the East Magtymguly Fragi, as well as expanding the understanding of the younger generation about the immense importance attached to the outstanding personality of the poet and his invaluable works filled with profound meaning, wise thoughts and high ideals.
The organization of the competition is also aimed at raising awareness among Turkmen youth about the activities of the UNESCO Global Youth Community, of which the Magtymguly Youth Organization of Turkmenistan is an official member.
