In Dashoguz, the construction of the first stage of a new complex of residential buildings and facilities has entered the final stage, which is being gradually built along the highway leading from the city to the international airport. To date, construction and installation work has almost been completed here.

Dozens of modern apartment buildings are almost ready for operation. They are distinguished by their spacious dimensions and increased comfort, and a new comprehensive school for 600 students and a new kindergarten for 240 places are also ready for commissioning. A developed infrastructure is being created in the new complex, many kilometers of new electric, gas, water and sewer lines, access and internal highways, pedestrian sidewalks are being laid here. Suffice it to say that only within the framework of the first stage of the new building, about 11 kilometers of highways for various purposes have already been built, most of the technical communications.

The new residential complex on an area of seventy-one hectares, after the final completion of its construction, will consist of 70 four-storey residential buildings of improved layout, designed for a total of 1,496 apartments. The entire territory adjacent to them will be landscaped, illuminated and landscaped, where it is also planned to build sites for sadaka and parking for cars.

The list of socio-cultural and medical facilities will also be complemented by a modern health center and a Household House, the construction of which is currently underway at a high pace.
