On April 7, the Institute of Chemistry of the Academy of Sciences of Turkmenistan hosted a scientific-practical conference titled "Müň manyly Magtymguly", dedicated to the 300th anniversary of Magtymguly Fragi. Scientists from various research nstitutions who participated in this event shared their thoughts on the scale of the personality and various facets of the creative heritage of the great poet and thinker of the East. Addressing the inexhaustible creative legacy of Magtymguly, each speaker revealed one of the thousand meanings contained in his poetry.
Thus, the organizers of the meeting - scientists of the Institute of Chemistry of the Academy of Sciences of Turkmenistan devoted their speeches to the description of history and nature in the poems of Magtymguly, philosophical concepts in his work, the wisdom and substantive richness of the works of the classical poet. Researchers of the Institute of Language, Literature and National Manuscripts of the Academy of Sciences of Turkmenistan, as experts in the study of Magtymguly's literary heritage, revealed in their speeches the universal significance of Magtymguly's poetry and its influence on folk art.
The scientific staff of the Institute of History and Archaeology of the Academy of Sciences of Turkmenistan spoke about the fact that the bright future of the Turkmen people, which the great patriot and humanist Magtymguly so passionately dreamed of, has become a reality in independent neutral Turkmenistan, and that the humanistic views of the Turkmen classical poet are familiar to many peoples of the world through numerous translations of his works into foreign languages. A young scientist of the Technology Center of the Academy of Sciences of Turkmenistan, who spoke at the conference, presented an analysis of Magtymguly Fragi's poems dedicated to natural and exact sciences.
Along with representatives of academic science, senior lecturers of the Magtymguly Turkmen State University participated in the meeting, telling about the study of Magtymguly's work in Azerbaijan and the features of his versification in the general context of the poetic genre.
