Two hemodialysis devices «Dialog +» (artificial kidney) from famous company «B.   Braun» (FRG) obtained at the expense of Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov Charitable Foundation for Assistance to Children in Need of Care were transferred today as gift to the hospital of Baherden etrap of Akhal velayat.

The modern medical devices intended for extracorporeal cleansing of the blood will enable to carry out treatment more effectively, thereby improving the quality and increasing life expectancy of patients, suffering from chronic nephritic insufficiency.

The present event serves a regular evidence of the fact that the care of health and well-being of people, first of all, young citizens, is considered in Turkmenistan as ф priority issue of the state policy, the basis of which are made up with principles «State - for people!», «Motherland is Motherland only with the people!, The state is a state only with the people!».

Prominent aspects of large scale transformations, which are carried out in the country in the Era of Revival of the New Epoch of the Powerful State include further improvement of the system of national public health services, radical modernisation of infrastructure of the branch, introduction of innovative technologies, preparation of highly skilled specialists and expansion of fruitful cooperation with foreign partners in the field of science and practical medicine.

Within the framework of successful realisation of the Government program «Saglyk», Turkmenistan has achieved really impressing successes in the field of protection and strengthening of health of people and has won a wide recognition of the world community and leading international organisations, including that of the United Nations and its largest structures - World Health Organization (WHO), United Nations Children's Fund (UNICEF) with which our country actively and fruitfully co-operates.

A wide spectrum of qualitative medical services of international standards are given by modern medical centres, advanced technologies of which enable them to diagnose existing diseases at an early stage and to define most efficient treatment procedures.

The national strategy «Healthy mother - healthy child - the healthy future» on health protection of mother and the child adopted in Turkmenistan for 2021-2025 serves as guidance in this.

A great deal of work is carried out by the Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov Charitable Foundation for Assistance to Children in Need of Care created in March, 2021 at the initiative of  Hero-Arkadag in the field of protection of health of the younger generation.

Funds from citizens and legal bodies are received regularly via bank accounts of the Foundation opened in national and foreign currencies and they are spent to render children paid medical and educational services, granting of possibilities for full-fledged rest as well as other corresponding needs.

So, in the summer of 2021 paediatric branches of hospitals of etraps and cities of velayats of the country were allocated new modern ambulance cars, provided with necessary equipment. The Children's hospital in Mary velayat was provided as gift with the device for artificial ventilation of lungs of mark «Savina». In April of the current year, the centre of protection of health of mother and child in Mary velayat was also provided as gift with two haemodialysis devices «Dialog +».

Conduction of various operations on children, who need guardianship in medical institutions of the capital and regions as well as payment of expenses for treatment and acquisition of appropriate medical means at the expense of the Charitable Foundation for young Turkmen nationals, who are brought up and trained in children's homes, specialised schools and boarding schools, also bear a regular character.

It is remarkable that the charitable aid is given not only to children of Turkmenistan, but also to children of many friendly countries who happen to be in a difficult situation.

Participants of the solemn ceremony, which took place today on the occasion of transfer of the modern medical equipment of famous German manufacturer as a gift to the hospital of Baherden etrap of Akhal velayat, including children and their parents as well as  numerous workers of the sphere of public health services expressed to National Leader of the Turkmen people, Hero-Arkadag and President Serdar Berdimuhamedov their immense gratitude for wonderful conditions created in the country for harmonious development and strengthening of health of the growing generation.
