A delegation from Turkmenistan took part in the International youth camp "Jastar Generation - 2024", which was held in health and entertainment center "Arman Dala" of the city Almaty (Kazakhstan). The event was organized by Republican public organization "Ассамблея жастары".
Representatives of various youth groups gathered at the camp structures - leaders and activists of youth movements and organizations, specialists in the field of youth policy from Kyrgyzstan, Uzbekistan, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan and all regions of Kazakhstan.
The Turkmen delegation included representatives Central Council of the Youth Organization of Turkmenistan named after Magtymguly and the Turkmen National Institute world languages named after Dovletmammet Azadi.
Master classes and trainings on project management, intercultural communications, emotional intelligence, media promotion and others directions.
As part of the camp, a Turkmen language teacher university Maksat Bugraev took an active part in the discussions, dedicated to innovations in the field of education, development language competencies and intercultural communication. Special attention was paid to the integration of digital technologies into educational process and teaching improvement foreign languages.
The speeches of the Turkmen delegates emphasized the successful interaction with countries of the region on implementation and promoting projects and initiatives in the field of youth politics. It was noted that in this direction, jointly an active search for effective solutions is underway, training programs for young professionals working in field of youth policy.
An important component of the program was thematic interactive events and master classes organized in subgroup format. Dividing participants into groups allowed Turkmen specialists to clearly trace increasing work efficiency with coordinated actions, develop communication skills, increase motivation, identify roles in projects and identify your strengths, as well as expand competencies in the field leadership qualities.
Youth camp “Jastar Generation – 2024” has become important platform for deepening interaction between Central Asian countries in the field education and youth policy. Participation of the Turkmen parties in such a significant international project allowed expand professional horizons, acquire significant experience in implementing modern educational approaches using best practices and innovative solutions, and also reflected the desire for continuous development and strengthening international cooperation.
