Currently, four apartment buildings are actively being built in the village of "Parahat" in the "Gülistan" gengeshlik of the Shavat etrap of Dashoguz velayat,. 

One of them, a four-story building designed for 16 apartments, is being constructed by specialists from the private enterprise "Guwançly bina." The other three four-story buildings, each designed for 24 apartments, are being built by builders from the private enterprise "Haýrly ynsan." 

The new buildings are located along the highway leading from the administrative center of the velayat to Gorogly etrap. During construction, great attention is paid to the quality of the buildings, functionality, and compliance with environmental requirements. 

Notably, nearby on the opposite side of the road, four recently commissioned four-story residential buildings have been built by the construction division of the Dashoguz Reinforced Concrete Products Plant of "Türkmendemirbetonönümleri," which involved two local individual enterprises as subcontractors. 

The development of this area close to the city of Dashoguz is aimed at the systematic infrastructure development.
