As part of comprehensive efforts to develop livestock farming in Turkmenistan, the production of high-quality marbled meat from specific cattle breeds is actively expanding.

One of the leading suppliers of meat and dairy products in the domestic market is the Economic Society "Ajaýyp ussat-halal önümler", located in Baherden etrap, Ahal velayat. The enterprise showcased its products, including meat products, at the Exhibition of Economic Achievements of Turkmenistan, dedicated to the 33rd anniversary of the country's independence.

In the livestock complex, launched in 2015, raises elite Holstein breed, known for its high productivity and excellent dairy properties. Additionally, Karakul and Sarajin sheep are bred here.

According to specialists of "Ajaýyp ussat-halal önümler," Holstein cows demonstrate good adaptation to various feeding conditions. Their high milk yields ensure efficient milk supplies both to stores and specialized enterprises.

In 2018, a new complex was opened to produce top-quality beef, including marbled meat. For this purpose, 60 Aberdeen Angus cattle, bred in Scotland, were purchased in Germany, and additional cattle were acquired in Russia.

Currently, the farmland of 10,000 hectares produces high-quality milk and meat products from Holstein and Simmental cattle breeds. Marbled meat is obtained from the Aberdeen Angus breed.

The farm continues to focus on improving its performance, making a significant contribution to the country's economy and providing the population with high-quality meat and milk.
