Students from Turkmenistan won medals at the World Invention Competition in Malaysia

Four students from the Ashgabat Specialized Boarding School named after Saparmyrat Turkmenbashi demonstrated outstanding results at the 6th World Invention Competition and Exhibition (WICE) in Kuala Lumpur.

As a result of their successful performance at the competition, 11th-grade student Kerimberdi Myratlyev won a special prize and a gold medal for the "Novalorep" website project. Twelfth-grade student Oguzhan Mergenov was awarded a silver medal for the "Controlled Atmosphere Storage" project. Eleventh-grade students Rakhmanberdi Odemyradov and Ayhan Arslanov also received silver medals for their projects "E-auto" and "E-rent" websites, respectively.

The national team was led by Ovezgeldi Janaliev, a computer science teacher at the boarding school. 

In total, 126 talented schoolchildren  from 15 countries, including the four students from Turkmenistan, competed at this prestigious international project competition. Teams from Indonesia, Mexico, Malaysia, Kazakhstan, the USA, South Africa, South Korea, Turkey, India, UAE, Belarus, Thailand, Bangladesh, Vietnam, and other countries also participated in the competition.

Participation in this intellectual competition provided gifted students from different countries an excellent opportunity to showcase their talents and abilities at the international level, gain new knowledge and valuable experience, and make friends and find like-minded individuals with shared interests and aspirations.

The 6th World Invention Competition and Exhibition (WICE) was organized by the Indonesian Young Scientists Association and MAHSA University (Malaysian Allied Health Sciences Academy) in Malaysia. It aims to identify and support talented youth, foster the comprehensive development of young talents, and expand international cooperation in science and education.
