The introduction of Turkmenistan's national currency, the manat, is a significant date in the history of independent neutral Turkmenistan, and various events are dedicated to it. On the eve of this 31st anniversary, one such event took place at the "Senagat" Joint-Stock Commercial Bank in the city of Arkadag.

The event, titled " Ykdysady üstünlikler – döwlet dolandyrylyşynyň esasy binýady," was organized by the Arkadag City Council of the Magtymguly Youth Organization of Turkmenistan, in collaboration with the city's Departments of Culture, Finance and Economy.

In their speeches, participants emphasized the important role of the national currency in the country's economic achievements, in creating favorable macroeconomic conditions to ensure monetary stability, improving the material well-being of the population, and strengthening the competitiveness of the national economy. They also noted the positive dynamics in the development of the banking sector and the expansion of modern banking services available to the population. 

The festive atmosphere of the event was enhanced by music and vocal performances celebrating the achievements of the Motherland under the leadership of the National Leader of the Turkmen people and the President of the country.
