This year the factory that makes gasoline from natural gas which was opened in 2019 celebrates it's 5th anniversary. The new industrial complex was built together with the State Concern «Туркменгаз» and a consortium of the companies «Kawasaki Heavy Industries Ltd.» (Japan) and «Rönesans Endüstri Tesisleri Inşaat Sanaýi ve Ticaret A.Ş.» (Тurkey).
It should be noticed that the relevant Agreement was signed during the official visit of Hero Arkadag to Japan in September, 2013. In August 2014 the solemn ceremony of the foundation of the enterprise have taken place. In 2021, the factory was transferred to the "Türkmenhimiýa" State Concern's structure. The innovative object was listed in the "Guinness book of Records" on June 28, 2019 as the world's 1st factory that produces gasoline from natural gas. This is the world's the only one industrial production of ecologically clean synthetic gasoline which is receives from "blue fuel", it's get not only unique technology but it also has a strong environmental side: innovattion and environmental friendliness are confirmed by the EBRO-5 certificate of the Environmental Protection Agency (USA).
The industrial complex covers an area exceeding 580 hectares, where production facilities, workshops and an administrative buildings, infrastructure and communication nodes, sewage treatment plants, and boiler room are located. There's its own electrical substation, 3 reservoirs with a capacity of 18 thousand m3 and each one are connected to warehouses and a railway line is built.
The head of the safety department Khasar Orazov said that the factory's settings works non-stop, and that's why the team works in 4 shift and with regard to the creation of conditions by the factory administration on the one hand and compliance with safety regulations by employees on the other, it's the object of close attention from the administration. In this regard, appropriate classes and lessons are conducted on a regular basis. The trainings for specialists was held by a contractor - Japanese company, a contractor for the production infrastructure and a subcontractor - a Turkish company - for the process administration.
Today, 800 specialists are working on foreign equipment, more if them are Turkmen. The factory produces gasoline of the ECO-93 brand, conforming to the EURO-5 standard, suitable for all types of passenger cars (the design capacity of the direction is 600 thousand tons), also 115 thousand tons of liquefied natural gas from associated products and 12 thousand tons of purified diesel fuel that does not contain sulfur. Annually, processing over 1 billion tons. 410 million m3 of natural gas.
