An educational and methodological seminar dedicated to the patriotic, educational and upbringing significance of the book “Hakyda göwheri” by the National Leader of turkmen people, the Chairman of Halk Maslakhaty of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov was held at the Turkmen State Pedagogical Institute named after Seyitnazar Seydi.
The event was attended by representatives of the education sphere of Turkmenistan, including honored education workers, heads and specialists of the National Institute of Education, the Main Education Department of the Lebap velayat, methodologists, research staff of the education departments and methodological associations of the velayat, as well as teachers and students of the pedagogical institute.
The head of the Lebap velayat education department, Meret Veliyev, opened the seminar with a welcoming speech to the participants. The rector of the Turkmen State Pedagogical Institute named after Seyitnazar Seydi, Gurbangeldi Muhammedov, addressed the guests with an opening speech.
The seminar was continued by the head of the department for advanced training of education workers of the National Institute of Education of Turkmenistan, doctor of biological sciences Sapargeldi Durdyev, who spoke in detail about the content of the book “Hakyda göwheri”.
It was noted that the book widely reveals the rich history of turkmen people, their national characteristics and spiritual values. It sets out wise ideas about the high moral qualities of turkmen, their wisdom, respect for each other, unity and commitment to peace. Particular attention in the book is given to the statements of such outstanding personalities as Magtymguly Fragi, Zelili , Seyitnazar Seydi, whose life and work serve as an example for young generation.
The seminar included a broad discussion of the book's pedagogical ideas and their use in teaching methods. As noted in the work “Hakyda göwheri” special attention is paid to the issues of patriotism, the sanctity of the Motherland, as well as historical events demonstrating the importance of friendship, peacefulness and strengthening cooperation with countries of the world. The book emphasizes the importance of preserving and passing on national heritage to future generations.
In his speech, Honored education worker Nurnazar Jumanazarov noted that Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov’s book emphasizes the humane traditions of turkmen people, such as mutual assistance, hospitality, unity, equality and justice. “Hakyda göwheri” is not only a description of the past, but also an indispensable guide for the education of harmonious individuals in modern society, which will help the younger generation deepen their love for the Motherland, become spiritually richer and look to the future with more confidence.
To sum up the seminar, an interesting and informative discussion-quiz took place between the participants, dedicated to the content, goals and objectives of the book “Hakyda göwheri”.
In conclusion, the participants expressed gratitude to Hero Arkadag and Arkadagly Hero Serdar for their paternal care and tireless efforts aimed at creating all the necessary conditions for the education of youth, the upbringing of worthy citizens, true patriots of their country.
The final part of the meeting was a visit to the historical museum of the institute, where the head of the department of history and methods of teaching history, candidate of historical sciences Jepbar Hatamov conducted an informative tour for the event participants.
