For this reason, the creative world of the poet-classic is highly esteemed not only by Turkmen people, but also by all people of the globe. Here again a special mention should be made of the activity of the United Nations Organization, other international and regional structures, Turkmenistan and friendly countries, admirers of remarkable works of the outstanding poet-humanist on popularisation of creativity of the outstanding poet and thinker of the East Magtymguly Fragi in the world.

Considering merits in expansion of friendship between Turkmenistan and the Republic of Kazakhstan, in study, careful preservation, popularisation and transfer of the creative heritage of the poet-classic of Turkmen literature Magtymguly Fragi  to future generations, a big personal contribution to rapprochement and enrichment of cultures, strengthening of friendship, brotherhood and mutually beneficial cooperation between Turkmen and Kazakh people as well as on the occasion of the 300th anniversary of the Turkmen poet and thinker Magtymguly Fragi, to award President of the Republic of Kazakhstan Tokaev Kassym-Jomart Kemelevich the anniversary medal of Turkmenistan «Magtymguly Pyragynyň 300 ýyllygyna» as well as a memorable and gift badge.

The President of Turkmenistan signed a Resolution approving the National Program for the Development of Physiology in Turkmenistan for 2024–2028 and an Action Plan for its implementation in order to affirm the principles of a healthy lifestyle, strengthen health, and increase the average life expectancy of the population, as well as to study human physiology in hot climates within the framework of the planned measures for implementing the State Program "Saglyk" of the President of Turkmenistan.
