On the occasion of the International Day of Neutrality and the celebration of the 30th anniversary of Turkmenistan’s attainment of permanent neutrality status, President Serdar Berdimuhamedov signed a decree granting the population additional days off.

At the regular meeting of the Cabinet of Ministers, which was held on December 5 in digital format, the head of state announced that December 11, 12, and 13, 2025, will be non-working days. This decision was made in order to create favorable conditions for festive celebrations and to ensure proper rest for citizens.
