Since the first days of the new year, which is being held under the motto «Independent neutral Turkmenistan – the homeland of purposeful winged horses», a high level of labour enthusiasm has been maintained in all sectors of the economy and the cultural and social spheres of the Balkan velayat.

Entrepreneurs in the velayat are also making a significant contribution to achieving these lofty goals. A clear example of this is the operation of a modern greenhouse complex located in the city of Turkmenbashy. At the greenhouse farm owned by Sapardurdy Nazlyyev, a member of the Union of industrialists and entrepreneurs of Turkmenistan, production processes are managed using powerful technologies and cutting-edge developments. Thanks to the automation of lighting, heating, irrigation and fertilisation systems, favourable conditions for effective work are created.

It is worth noting that the greenhouse, which has a total area of four hectares and is designed for growing various types of vegetables, currently employs approximately 30 people. They consider their main task to be the year-round and reliable supply of fresh vegetables to the population. Today, the harvest of organic tomatoes continues here. Since the beginning of the season, the volume of tomato harvested has already exceeded 40 tons. Local gardeners and specialists plan to harvest and ship approximately 400 tons of tomatoes to consumers before the end of the season – by summer. Daily harvest figures for crops grown in accordance with agricultural requirements confirm that the planned targets will be achieved with honour.

The competitive and environmentally friendly products of the farm are regularly supplied not only to domestic consumers, but also exported to the Russian Federation.
