In 2026, declared under the motto “Independent Neutral Turkmenistan—the Homeland of Purposeful Winged Horses,” ceremonial openings of new buildings and facilities are being held in Balkan velayat in honor of Defender of the Fatherland Day. Adding to this series of significant events was the commissioning of a new administrative building of the Prosecutor’s Office of Esenguly etrap of Balkan velayat.

It should be noted that the two-storey building, constructed by the enterprise “Rysgally zähmet,” provides favorable conditions for the efficient work of the prosecutor’s office staff. The new facility has added a distinctive and unique touch to the architectural landscape of the coastal Esenguly etrap. Built in harmony with advanced achievements of national architecture and international practice, the building has become a gift to servicemen and citizens on the eve of Defender of the Fatherland Day. The offices are equipped with modern office technology, computers, and furniture. The building is supplied with communication systems, heating, air conditioning, and uninterrupted power supply.

The opening ceremony was attended by employees of the velayat and etrap hakimliks, military personnel, members of the Halk Maslahaty, deputies of the Mejlis, representatives of public organizations, elders, and local residents. Speakers at the ceremony emphasized the historically significant achievements, legal reforms, and high milestones reached by the country in recent years.

During the ceremony, valuable gifts were presented to leading builders who demonstrated exemplary workmanship in the construction of the new modern building. The event, held in a festive atmosphere, also included engaging cultural programs.

The ceremony concluded with a festive sadaqah.
