International cooperation in science was discussed at a forum at the University of Turkmenistan named after Oguz han

The University of Engineering and technology of Turkmenistan named after Oguz han hosted a scientific and practical online conference on the topic «International cooperation in science – an important condition for global development».

The forum was organised with the participation of foreign partner universities of the Turkmen university based on the Memorandum of Understanding between the Engineering and technology University of Turkmenistan named after Oguz han and the Institute of Electronics of the Technical University of Graz (Austria).

The purpose of the event is to clearly demonstrate and discuss the high importance and practical effectiveness of international academic cooperation.

Based on this, during the conference, successful results of joint scientific research by scientists from the two universities were presented to the wider scientific community using the example of the Turkmen-Austrian partnership.

It was noted that Turkmenistan is open to cooperation and is actively developing partnerships with leading foreign educational institutions in order to improve national science and education systems, implement advanced global practices, and train highly qualified specialists. These relationships include student and faculty exchanges, internships, joint research and educational projects, and much more.

At the conference, professors, teachers, and students from international partner universities presented the results of their joint research, including that conducted with University named after Oguz han.

The insightful reports and presentations of forum participants covered such current topics in modern science as innovative technologies for remote detection of electromagnetic radiation from devices connected to a power source; advanced technologies for developing electrical circuits for electrostatic discharge systems; the development and measurement of conical and cylindrical helical antennas; microwave holography of electronic devices; electromagnetic field sensors; radio wave propagation; and more.

Following the conference, partner universities emphasized the important role of international cooperation in science as a key condition for universal sustainable development. The participants confirmed their mutual desire to further establish productive cooperation in current and most significant areas of science and education.
